Acceptable Use Policy

Don't use Voxly for anything illegal. That includes recording or transcribing people without the consent required where you are — you are responsible for having the right to capture and process any audio you run through Voxly.

You may not use Voxly to:

— Produce, distribute, or facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or deceptive schemes;
— Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others;
— Create or spread malware, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging;
— Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights;
— Generate or process content that sexually exploits minors or promotes violence or terrorism;
— Violate export controls or sanctions;
— Sell goods or services prohibited by our payment partners' rules (including the card networks' and PayPal's acceptable-use policies).

Don't attempt to bypass plan limits, usage metering, or billing; probe, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure; scrape or harvest data from the service; share one account or device token among multiple people; or resell access to Voxly without a written agreement with us.

Voxly types wherever you can type — but the rules of each app you use it in still apply. Using Voxly to automate or mass-produce content in violation of another platform's terms is a violation of ours too.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with notice where practical. For serious violations (fraud, illegal content, payment abuse) we may suspend immediately and, where legally required, report to authorities. We'll always tell you why, unless the law prevents us.
