Terms of Service

Voxly converts speech to text and provides optional AI-powered text processing. Features vary by plan. We may add, change, or remove features over time; material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing accounts or device tokens is not permitted.

The Free plan includes a weekly dictation word limit. Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Crypto payments purchase fixed subscription periods and do not auto-renew; card payments renew automatically until canceled.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Refunds — including the 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro purchase — are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Digital delivery is described in our Delivery Policy.

AI balance top-ups are prepaid credits denominated in US dollars, consumed by metered AI features at the rates shown in the app. Balance is non-transferable and does not expire. Unused balance is refundable only where required by law.

Do not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transcribe audio you have no right to process, attempt to circumvent plan limits or metering, reverse the Service's billing, or resell access without our written agreement. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these terms.

You own the text you produce with Voxly. We own the Service, its software, and branding. We claim no rights over your content and do not use it to train models.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcription may contain errors — review before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature survive (payments owed, liability limits) survive.

We may update these terms; if changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions: support@voxly.my.
