Questions, answered.
How does Voxly work?
You hold a hotkey and speak. Voxly transcribes your voice, cleans it up — filler words out, punctuation in, technical terms formatted — and types the result at your cursor, in whatever app you're using.
Which apps does it work in?
Any Windows app with a text field: Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code, terminals, Gmail, Slack, Discord, Notion, Word — if you can type there, you can dictate there.
What does the free plan include?
2,000 dictated words per week, every week, forever. AI auto-edits and your custom dictionary included. No credit card, no trial that expires.
What is the AI balance?
Deeper AI features — rewrites, tone changes, agent commands — are metered per request instead of bundled into a subscription. You top up your balance in dollars from the dashboard and only pay for what you use. Your balance never expires. See pricing for details.
Is my voice data private?
Yes. Your dictation history is stored on your device, not our servers. Audio is processed and immediately discarded — nothing you say is retained or used for training.
Does Voxly work offline?
Core dictation requires an internet connection for the highest transcription quality. Offline mode is on the roadmap.
What languages are supported?
Voxly launches with English optimized for technical vocabulary. More languages are planned — tell us which one you need at support@voxly.my.
When is macOS coming?
It's in development. Sign up and we'll email you the day it ships.
How do I cancel Pro?
From your dashboard, one click, no email required. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto payments at launch, with cards (Stripe) and PayPal coming shortly after. All prices are in USD.
