Privacy Policy

Audio: your voice is processed to produce text and immediately discarded. We do not store recordings, and we do not use your audio or text to train AI models.

Dictation history: stored locally on your device. It never reaches our servers.

Account data: email, name, and password hash (or your Google account identifier).

Billing data: plan, payments, and AI balance transactions. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never touch our servers.

Usage metering: counts needed to enforce plan limits and bill AI usage (word counts, token counts, feature used, timestamps) — not the content itself.

Diagnostics: crash reports and basic telemetry, which you can disable in the app.

To operate the Service: authenticate you, sync your plan and balance, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising.

We use vetted sub-processors to run Voxly: cloud hosting and database providers, speech-to-text and AI providers (receiving transient audio/text only, under no-retention terms), payment processors, and a transactional email service. A current list is available on request.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS; data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers. Device tokens are stored hashed and can be revoked from your dashboard instantly.

Voxly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
